This website is operated by Wideopen graphix AB. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wideopen graphix AB. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. PURCHASE INFORMATION

Upon order before approval of the design proposal and confirmation of the order, you commit as a customer to pay for your goods according to the agreed price via invoice, see section Invoice. We will of course cancel your order if you are not satisfied with design but that is only before its put in production. If we caused anny errors during production we accept returns and give you full refund or new graphics, please make sure to return all parts of order not damaged.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Alla our orders ships from our production in sweden. We use several different shipping companies for fast shipping and best service.
All international orders is delivered by DHL-Express & Localy in sweden we use both Postnord & DHL. Shipping costs are always added and may differ between products. Our Graphics kits are free of shipping for orders over €200. This does not apply to bulk items such as plastics kits, tool boxes etc. At checkout, the correct price for shipping to you will be displayed. Everything that includes Decals / Stickers / Custom products is made to order and cannot be returned.

DELIVERYTIME

All Graphics/decal kits available on Wideopen graphix website are manufactured to order. Delivery time is usually 4-6 days for "standard products". Everything that needs to be designed / approved / fitted will be affected by the order flow. We reserve ourselves for longer delivery times according to the Force Majeure section.

PRICING

Our prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) & converted in € . VAT is included on all goods at 25%, 12% or 6%. We reserve the right for price changes without any warning for possible price errors. You always pay the price stated on the invoice and as agreed when the order was placed.

INVOICE

We are connected to Klarna checkout, where you can choose whether you want to pay against an invoice, pay directly or split your payment. We've also payments through paypal.
When ordering "cutsom design", an invoice is sent separately to your specified e-mail address. Payment terms 14 days from when we sent out the invoice. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of the amount permitted by law (previously SEK 50) and late payment interest of 8% is payable. In the event of non-payment after a reminder, we transfer our claim to the debt collection service via Nordea Bank AB (publ).

FORCE MAJURE

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority's decision, non-delivery from subcontractors, costly circumstances, as well as a comparable event beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affects entered into agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we do not can keep said agreement/promise, shall form the basis for us being released from our obligations to fulfill said agreement.

DISPUTE

Disputes are settled in agreement with the general complaints board (ARN) recommendation.

LOGOS

We do not print logos such as KTM / HUSQVARNA / GASGAS, REDBULL ETC.
Wideopengraphix cannot be held liable at all times for the use of names, logos, texts, patented and protected items and designs that you send us from your sponsors. The responsibility lies with the client himself.
